01Scope and operator
This policy covers the official Android edition of Xianchong Qiyuan and its website, operated by DOMI LOOP TECH LIMITED. It is separate from the existing Google Play edition's privacy notice. The official installation package and payment features remain in preparation. This page will be updated when actual processing changes; planned features should not be read as already active.
02Website information
Hosting and network services may process an IP address, browser or device technical information, request path and time to deliver pages, maintain security and troubleshoot issues. This website does not set advertising trackers, analytics or third-party tracking scripts, and has no form collecting payment-card details. The separate sandbox recharge page is limited to authorized test characters and processes a test account, character ID, test password and sandbox orders. Passwords are used for server verification and are not saved by the page; authentication sessions remain only in the current page's memory. Browser local storage keeps a buyer hash, product ID, request ID and order ID to recover an existing order, without passwords or login tokens. Test card information is entered on the Airwallex sandbox checkout and does not cause a real charge. Email and telephone links are handled by the corresponding application on your device.
03Game and social records
The game processes guest or account identifiers, character details, server, progress, item and transaction records, and network and device information needed for online operation. Chat, party, guild and trading interactions can be visible to the relevant players or channel participants. Guest access does not mean that no server records are stored. Clearing local data may affect access to an existing guest identity or progress.
04Payment and support information
After payments open, order processing requires identifiers, amounts, currencies, payment and refund status, and links to the character, server and product. Airwallex and the selected payment providers handle checkout information under their respective policies. We receive transaction results for reconciliation, delivery and support. Only enter payment details on the official checkout. Support email includes the sender address, message, attachments and information voluntarily supplied. Do not send passwords, codes or full card details.
05Purposes and providers
Information supports the website and game, saved progress, player interactions, payment verification, virtual delivery, support, refunds and security. Game hosting uses Tencent Cloud infrastructure. Payments are planned through Airwallex and the available payment channels. The Android game project involves Google / Firebase components; their presence does not mean every advertising, analytics or crash-reporting product is enabled. Actual enabled components will be reflected in the official release information.
06Transmission and permissions
This website is served over HTTPS. The current game protocol uses ordinary TCP without TLS, so not all game-data transmission is encrypted. Do not send credentials or highly sensitive information through game chat. Android permission declarations and actual access are different. Manage protected permissions through system prompts and device settings when requested.
07Retention, inquiries and deletion status
The game server stores operational, character, interaction and related records. Logging out, uninstalling or clearing local data does not automatically erase server records. A unified account or server-data deletion mechanism has not yet been established, and uniform retention periods and backup-deletion arrangements have not been determined. This notice promises neither automatic account closure nor deletion within a fixed time. You can ask about your information or deletion through official support; we will explain the available scope and current limitations. The contact channel does not imply an automatic deletion feature. Payment, refund and legally required business records may need separate retention.
08Cross-border processing and minors
The operator is based in Hong Kong. Infrastructure and payment providers may process information in the locations where they supply their services. Their policies and actual service configurations determine the relevant scope. Minors should use the service with guardian guidance and avoid publishing personal contact details. Guardians may contact support about a minor's information.
09Updates and contact
We will update this page and its revision date when processing changes. Contact the official email or phone below about privacy, retention or order information. Provide only the non-secret details needed to identify relevant records. Information independently processed by a provider is governed by that provider's policy; deleting game data does not by itself remove provider records.
