01Operator and scope
This website and the official Android edition of Xianchong Qiyuan are operated by DOMI LOOP TECH LIMITED, incorporated in Hong Kong with company number 80130615. These terms cover this website and the independently distributed official Android edition. Separate notices expressly provided for other distribution channels apply to those editions.
02Current availability
The official download and real-money purchases are not yet available. This website provides game information, confirmed base package prices and service policies. It does not accept payments or create paid orders. After launch, available payment methods, the final amount due and product details will be shown before payment.
03Use of the game and minors
Protect the information used to access your game identity. Do not use stolen accounts, cheats, malicious scripts or conduct that infringes others' rights. Minors should use the game and paid features with guardian consent and guidance. Guardians may contact official support to investigate an unauthorized payment. Applicable local age and service-use requirements must be observed.
04Virtual products and pricing
Diamonds are virtual products for the official edition, not physical goods, deposits or investment products. Base packages are priced in HKD and are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. The catalogue lists each package's base diamond quantity and price. First-purchase, VIP or event bonuses are not guaranteed unless expressly displayed with applicable rules. Items and market prices do not constitute a promise of financial returns.
05Trading, gifting and account safety
Players may trade or gift eligible items through supported game features. Not all items or diamonds are transferable; eligibility and restrictions depend on the corresponding game rules. Check recipients and transaction details carefully. Do not share login credentials or pay through unknown links. Refunds for used, traded or gifted products are governed by the delivery and refund policy.
06Payment and delivery
Once purchases open, start from the in-game entry point and verify the server, character, item, currency, amount and available payment method before paying. After the payment provider confirms success, products are delivered automatically to the character linked to the order. A page redirect or a bank authorization does not by itself prove delivery. Contact official support about exceptional orders and consult the delivery and refund policy.
07Refunds and disputes
Verified undelivered or duplicate-paid orders are addressed through delivery or a refund to the original payment method. Delivered products that have been used, traded or gifted generally are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds. This does not limit applicable consumer rights. Contact support promptly with identifying order information so that the issue can be investigated.
08Content, changes and responsibility
Names, images, text and other game and website content are subject to applicable intellectual-property rules. Do not reproduce, distribute or commercially use them without permission unless the law permits it. Maintenance, faults or network issues may temporarily affect availability. Problems involving paid orders remain subject to the delivery and refund policy. Material changes to policies or services will be reflected on this website.
09Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without excluding mandatory consumer rights applicable where you reside. Please first contact official support to resolve an issue. Unresolved disputes are subject to the courts or bodies with jurisdiction under applicable law.
